Return procedure

Victoria Ladies Clothes allows you to return items that do not fit under certain conditions and within 14 days of delivery of your order.

You must first submit your request by completing this document HERE and sending it by email to contact@gmfashion.be

Products must be returned:

- not worn,

- unwashed,

- not damaged,

- unscented,

- not worn

These must be in the original packaging, with the original tag cord.

When preparing your order, Victoria Ladies Clothes prepares your items with the greatest care, however it is possible that a defect is not detected by us, please provide us with as much information and photos as possible to be able to start the return procedure.

The items will be returned at the customer's expense via the delivery and return method of their choice, after validation received by email.

Refund

Victoria Ladies Clothes will refund all payments received from the Customer, (except for additional delivery charges arising from the fact that the Customer has chosen) without undue delay and, in any event, after receipt and processing of the return.

Victoria Ladies Clothes reserves the right to initially issue a refund in the form of a voucher that can be used on the website. Subsequently, upon clear written request from the Customer, Victoria Ladies Clothes will issue the refund using the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, this refund will not incur any costs for the Customer.
